Excellent application process, Kevin was very helpful and very prompt with all communication. It was a unique experience having the same person do the Flat viewing, application process and check-in day. This was a very helpful and beneficial approach which made the process very simple. Subsequently, they have been great in getting back to us with any queries we have and have organised a new wardrobe to be put into the property seamlessly while we were at work. Couldn’t think of what they could do better.
