I moved to Chapmans at the end of the Lockdown as I was tired of poor service from my previous agent. Eve Walker has just handled a tenant vacate and reletting for me. Her attention to detail and excellent communication throughout has made the process seamless. A very positive client experience, and I would highly recommend Chapmans, and Eve in particular.

After managing my own property for many years, I was nervous about using an agent. I had nothing to worry about, Chapmans goes above and beyond in the service they provide and get the balance of tenant and landlord care absolutely spot on. I don’t highly recommend many services but this is definitely one I do!

Chapmans have always been excellent in our 18 months with them but Hunter and the rest of the team have excelled themselves recently in finding new tenants quickly and at a difficult time of year, turning the property around in an exceptionally quick time and getting great feedback from our old tenants. Hunter is always really helpful and lovely to deal with, I’d highly recommend Chapmans to manage property smoothly.

Moved to Chapmans a few years ago after getting extremely frustrated with the service received from a large property letting and management company in Edinburgh. I really like working with the team at Chapmans, I get regular updates and statements and always feel I’m kept in the loop on what’s going on with my property. Any time they do need to complete work they present a few options, will give a recommendation on what route they think I should take, and I always trust their recommendations. I feel like my property is in good hands!
