Then you may wish to use our Tenant Find-Only service. This service offers you advice on compliance, ensures optimum market rent is achieved, finds and references your Tenants and offers the security of protection through compliant documentation and a robust inventory.

What is the Chapmans Tenant Find-Only Service?

Our Tenant Find-Only service means that going forward you have control and visibility of your property, the ability to strike up a relationship with your Tenant and fewer ongoing expenses. This is particularly useful if you live near the property or do not feel there are sufficient funds after your mortgage and other expenses to engage the full services of an Agent.

We can advise on other areas but our Tenant Find-Only Service includes:

Rental assessment and compliance report
Advertising of property and accompanied viewings
Tenant referencing in-house
Provide advice on repairs and legislation
Preparation of lease and tenancy documentation
Preparation of inventory
Lodgement of deposit with a Tenant Deposit Protection Agency

We then leave you to have a direct relationship with the Tenants. You would sort your own repairs, inspections and monthly rental payments.
