I would highly recommend Chapmans property management! I have rented properties from a few letting agencies and Chapmans have been the most helpful, fair and reliable. They are quick to answer email queries and it’s easy to contact them via phone (which isn’t usually the case for a lot of other letting agencies). They use an online inventory and lease, which makes the process a lot easier and allows tenants to add their own pictures to the inventory when they move in. They are also very fair with regard to deposit repayments in joint tenancies. Thank you to the team and especially Laura for helping me with a tenancy SWAP, they were so helpful and made the whole process seem easy and a lot less stressful.
