All of the Chapmans staff have been exceptionally efficient and helpful! The professional videos throughout the tenancy process were extremely helpful and their automated systems make life so much easier. Emails were answered very quickly despite the enormous workload they are handling during the pandemic, and the overall tone was very friendly, helpful and professional. It is the one and only time I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy what is normally a very stressful process.
