We’ve recently moved into a Chapmans-managed property and were really impressed with the smoothness and efficiency of the whole application process. Uniquely, our property manager handled our viewing, application, check-in and now day-to-day property management which has made the experience a lot more personal and efficient. The Team has responded to all our enquiries very promptly, usually in under an hour from emails being sent! Any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently to date. All in all, really impressed with the quality, slickness and professionalism of Chapmans so far – it’s all gone like clockwork! Looking forward to settling into our lovely new flat!
