Whilst I prefer to be a stand-off landlord and let Laura and her team look after the properties, we have had a couple of issues over the last 12 months or so that required both immediate and long term care.
The effort that Chapmans put into resolving these issues, of no fault of Chapmans, was outstanding both in terms of actions and communications. Chapmans manage to be extremely professional yet show real interest in their customers and to that end I am very grateful for the services Chapmans have, and continue to provide.
