As tenants, we found Chapmans very easy to deal with. Everything was very straightforward and clear, they used technology to make the process as efficient as possible but never forgot about the human angle associated with moving, demonstrating a strong customer ethos within the company. Myself and my flatmate have been renting from Chapmans for nearly a year and a half, we are so grateful to have them as our agency. Where to begin.

The company is run by professional and extremely friendly people. The process they take you through from deposit to moving in is simple and well thought out. Prior to moving in a 45-minute video takes you through the lease in great detail and leaves you feeling very comfortable about everything. The agents also send you emails with videos containing helpful tips to speed up the process.
