Olivia joined us with over 7 years of customer-facing and service experience in demanding, busy environments within high-profile, upmarket brands and smaller businesses – so she comes well-prepared for life at Chapmans.
Olivia is a welcoming face and voice for all people calling and coming to Chapmans. She also supports Eve and Kornelia with all general administration tasks for the smooth running of their busy portfolio and helps oversee our rock-solid processes and procedures and manages our rigorous credit and referencing checks. She helps to keep things ticking over smoothly and efficiently to help us provide the excellent client and Tenant service we champion in everything we do at Chapmans.
Olivia is a friendly, helpful point of contact for telephone enquiries, contributes heavily to our social media content and deals with utility suppliers.
