Olivia joined us with over 7 years of customer-facing and service experience in demanding, busy environments within high-profile, upmarket brands and smaller businesses – so she comes well-prepared for life at Chapmans.
Olivia joined the team in 2002 and has progressed to the role of Property Manager in that time, owning and managing her own portfolio of Chapmans properties. Olivia also still supports the team by carrying out our rigorous credit and referencing checks.
We are delighted to report that Olivia passed her Letwell qualification – studying extremely hard whilst working full-time to achieve this professional development certification.

- Managing property turnovers and any associated maintenance with swift remarketing of while negotiating appropriate deposit returns for the outgoing tenants

Olivia is bubbly and fun but is equally as organised and determined, and works well under pressure – which suits our high-pressure environment. Friendly, positive and professional with an excellent track record in offering high levels of customer service, Olivia has been a welcome addition to our expanding team.
