Kornelia joined Chapmans with a wealth of experience in property sales and lettings having worked in the sector for over 7 years.
From compliance coordination, client liaison and viewings to inventory administration and negotiations, Kornelia can do it all. But it was Chapmans’ excellent reputation and forward-thinking approach that attracted Kornelia to her current role within our team, where she plays an integral part in helping us continue to grow and expand through managing a portfolio of clients and properties.
Kornelia proactively manages a portfolio of rental properties in line with Chapmans’ high standards, as well as managing projects and refurbishments.
Areas of Expertise:
- Sourcing ideal tenants according to the client’s specification
- Instructing and overseeing day-to-day maintenance works
- Coordinating and managing refurbishment projects
- Carrying out routine property inspections to ensure that standards are maintained throughout the let
- Handling day-to-day tenant enquiries to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy
- Managing property turnovers and any associated maintenance with swift remarketing of the rental while negotiating appropriate deposit returns for the outgoing tenants
Kornelia is SafeAgent qualified. This accreditation was formed specifically for Scottish letting professionals and takes full account of the Scottish Government’s regulation of letting agents and associated training requirements for specific staff within agencies.
