Joanna is the friendly and efficient force behind tenant referencing at Chapmans. With a background in administration and customer service and with a keen eye for attention to detail, she makes sure the vetting process for prospective tenants is thorough and runs smoothly.
She manages to pull off a perfect blend of exceptional organisational skills, patience, empathy, and strong communication; all key qualities in supporting tenants through the referencing journey.
Joanna prides herself on being a good judge of character, essential when assessing applications and liaising with landlords and tenants. She’s highly organised, adaptable, and always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s keeping on top of admin and paperwork, assisting with lease generation, or contributing to the wider team’s success. Away from Chapmans, Joanna loves exploring the great outdoors with her dogs. Her favourite spot in Edinburgh is Cramond Beach for long walks by the water. She’s also a keen cook and baker, always experimenting in the kitchen when she’s not curled up with a good book.
