Innes graduated from University of Aberdeen with a Masters in Business and Real Estate. Her dissertation focussed on the Edinburgh property market so she is well placed to hit the ground running in property lettings and management as part of the Chapmans team.
Her work within the new home team at Cala Homes and with a premier Edinburgh based property staging company, coupled with her passion for property, commercial head, and being an all-round people person, provides an excellent grounding as our New Business Support.
Working alongside Luke, you’ll get to know Innes during the onboarding process as a Chapmans’ Landlord. She’ll help with getting your property ready to let, making sure all the correct paperwork is in place, and will keep you updated and on the right track throughout the process and during the tenancy.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- Onboarding new clients – anti money laundering, compliance and contract generation
- Switcher administration – liaison with incumbent agency to ensure a smooth transition to Chapmans
- Preparation of property for marketing – advising on furnishings, staging, photography and marketing particulars
- Ongoing property management – liaising with contractors, tenants, and clients to ensure a seamless tenancy experience
- Professional networking – helping to spread the Chapmans’ reach.

My Favourite Place in Edinburgh: It’s a tough one as there are so many beautiful parts of Edinburgh but I would have to say Stockbridge.
Favourite Holiday: I recently visited family in Australia and had the most amazing time in Melbourne and Tasmania.
Favourite Food: Homemade carbonara.
Favourite Film: Scent of a woman. It’s an older film but it’s a great one.
Favourite things to do in my spare time: I love spending time with friends and family, I play a lot of hockey, and I have recently joined a run club.
