Eve, AKA Ritchie (we have Eve Walker at Chapmans too), is our office administrator and front of house.
Eve plays an instrumental role in the day to day smooth running of our office on Roseburn Terrace and the business in general. She’s usually the first point of contact at Chapmans whether you’re a Landlord making an initial enquiry or a Tenant who’s interested in viewing a Chapmans property.
When she’s not providing excellent customer service to our Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors, you’ll find her pursuing her other interests; computing and cooking, and her love for animals.

My Favourite Place in Edinburgh: I love the Old Town for its architecture and history.
Favourite Holiday: That’s a hard choice. For now, it would have to be our trip to Conversano in Puglia, Italy in 2023.
Favourite Food: Beef Ho Fun
Favourite Film: Another hard choice but would have to be Coraline, American Psycho and Beetlejuice.
Favourite things to do in my spare time:Baking and reading.
