Edyta joined Chapmans in 2022, working just two hours a day in compliance. Since then, she’s successfully transformed the way we manage compliance and after taking on more and more line management and financial responsibilities, today she’s at the heart of how the business runs as our Head of Operations.
If there’s a better way of doing something, Edyta will usually find it. She keeps a close eye on our systems and processes and makes sure our standards are high and we stay ahead of changing regulations. Just as importantly, she supports the team and helps everyone do their job well.
It’s a role that suits her. Edyta is organised and has an eye for detail, but she’s also good at seeing the bigger picture. As Chapmans grows, she’ll be making sure the way we work grows with us without losing the high standards and personal service we’re known for.
Calm and hardworking, she’s someone we know we can rely on. She has a natural ability for spotting what needs attention and getting on with it, which, in property management, is worth its weight in gold.
