Edyta joined the team in 2022 into a newly created role. Such is the pace of the industry, role and her aptitude for the work that it is of no surprise that she was quickly promoted to Head of Compliance as well as taking on Line Management responsibilities.
Edyta’s role is focused on everything related to Compliance and Controls. Her role focuses on Safety Certification, Anti Money Laundering and onboarding work for new clients, Contractor GDPR and Insurance Compliance, as well as supporting Laura directly on Rent Monitoring and Contractor payments. Compliance is a huge and vital area of the Letting Sector, and Edyta’s role sees her supporting the rest of the team with this essential, busy and administration-heavy area of our business.
Edyta brings with her many years of customer-focused manager and protection adviser roles, where she has successfully contributed to company profits by improving team efficiency and productivity. She utilises her excellent organisational skills to enhance service standards and help achieve business goals. Incredibly responsible and passionate about delivering the highest possible service, Edyta skills, passion and knowledge are essential to Chapmans.
