Aileen has been part of our team since 2017, having previously worked in the NHS for a whopping 37 years. A bit of a change of career for her, Aileen is our Inventory Clerk, as well as our Staging lady extraordinaire!
Her attention to detail and exacting standards are second to none and her previous experience in the NHS also means she has incredibly high standards when it comes to cleanliness, which we take very seriously at Chapmans. During exceptionally busy periods Aileen will also help us out with Office Administration. Aileen is an absolutely critical member of the team and a true team player!
AILEEN CARRIES OUT THE MAJORITY OF OUR CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INSPECTIONS AT CHAPMANS:
This is essentially preparing the inventory for our rentals at the start of a tenancy and then comparing the check-out condition at the end of tenancy with the check-in offering our Tenants and Landlords consistency of approach. She is also called on during busy periods to assist in regular interim inspections and she has been integral to the recent launch of our Home Staging Service.
Hardworking, highly dependable, warm with consistent attention to detail, Aileen is a fantastic part of our team.

Favourite Holiday: Borneo but heading off to Vietnam on a charity trek this year so this may well be my new favourite!
Favourite Food: Scallops…absolutely delicious (when done well!)
Favourite Film: Dirty Dancing – what is not to love!
Favourite things to do in my spare time: Spending time with my grandchildren and family or hillwalking
