What is the referral scheme?
If your referral comes on board with us using our Full Management Service at full fees, we will pay you a referral fee as a "thank you!"
Depending on the property's rental value, you will receive £75 or £100 from us. And our chosen charity, Fresh Start, will also receive a £75 donation. That's £750 if we receive 10 donations
About Fresh Start
Fresh Start is an Edinburgh-based charity helping people who have been homeless get established in their new home. Working in partnership with volunteers and organisations from a broad section of the community, the organisation delivers a range of services which provides the practical and social support to help people resettle successfully.
Each year Fresh Start helps thousands of new tenants settle into their homes, thanks to the hard work of volunteers and the generosity of donations.
How to refer someone
If you think you know someone who could benefit from our help in managing their rental property, please get in touch. We will send you an email to forward to them or, with their permission you can send us their details and we will contact them directly.
