The Role You’ll Play…

In this versatile role, you will be continually engaging with vital administrative responsibilities and front-of-house duties. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Managing incoming enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, becoming the friendly first point of contact for our valued clients, tenants and contractors by phone and face-to-face.  Always acting with professionalism and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Updating marketing particulars such as window displays, social media channels and other online property portals
  • Multitasking on a range of tasks such as check-in administration, key logging, and proactive office upkeep
  • Performing data entry tasks such as updating utility accounts upon tenancy changeover, check-in administration and managing keys
  • Actively following up on prospective tenant enquiries, vetting and scheduling viewings
