Furthermore, we are equally interested in exploring partnerships with self-employed Marketing Consultants who can offer their specialised expertise on a flexible, yet weekly basis. Are you a creative, passionate and driven marketing professional with a knack for content and design-led creation, excellent client servicing communications and forward-thinking digital engagement? Chapmans is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity, promoting the essence of our brand and service offerings across a multifaceted digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Engage: Craft newsletters that capture the attention of both Landlords and Tenants, ensuring our messaging is as engaging as it is pertinent.
  • Drive Consistency and Efficiency: Develop internal templates to streamline our communications, thereby elevating the harmony of our brand voice whilst optimising operational workflows.
  • Strategy and Implementation: Take the initiative to identify time-saving opportunities and execute strategies and processes that enhance and simplify our marketing efforts throughout the year. Develop and build a tactical marketing plan, using a methodical approach to forward-plan, organise, coordinate and execute to meet our business objectives.
  • Streamlining of Communications: We aim to streamline our clear monthly messaging for consistent delivery year after year, allowing for efficient future planning. Produce regular seasonal content that is rolled out year after year alongside reactive content that responds to the fast-changing political and economic landscape.
  • Website Evolution: Work alongside our web agency to oversee our website’s continuous improvement, infusing relevance, user experience and forward-thinking design into each phase of its evolution. Identify the sources of engagement and reasons. Determine what content visitors find most valuable and where improvements are needed. Build up an understanding of the audience’s interests and why they visit our site. Help create, manage and coordinate content and imagery to keep our blog up-to-date, topical and relevant.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Liaise with our third-party Professional Service partners where relevant to formulate and propel impactful marketing strategies, collateral and focused campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Innovation: Continuously update our digital and print content materials to maintain a compelling and visually captivating brand story across all mediums for various stakeholders – from Landlord Packs to window displays and maildrops to social media campaigns – this area requires design and creative skills. Video editing skills are a plus, albeit not a necessity.
  • Leadership and Development: Educate and mentor a junior team member to undertake routine yet vital tasks with precision, consistency and flair.
  • Social Engagement: Manage, critique, and elevate our presence on social media platforms, alongside our Social Media Manager, ensuring our content resonates, engages and embeds our brand in the social consciousness.

Required Skillset:

Your toolbox should be brimming with proficiency and experience in the likes of Canva, Mailchimp, Jasper, Trello, WordPress, Video Editing Tools and key social media platforms and complemented by qualities such as organisation, efficiency, and proactivity. Your creative spirit and energy should be matched by an analytical mind that thrives on feedback, results and overall business strategy development.

You’ll embody self-motivation, a visionary outlook, and a penchant for meticulous planning. Details matter—a focus on the fine print should pair seamlessly with an eye for the big picture. We seek someone who can discern the perfect tasks for delegation, and then pass the torch with empowering training.

Experience with AI tools and their application in marketing is preferable, as is a knowledge and understanding of the egg framework, the property market, and the distinctive facets of the letting industry.
