Within two weeks our property was inspected, we discussed how to proceed, some deep cleaning and redecoration were carried out, it was advertised, prospective tenants were shown around, subjected to rigorous checks, and moved in! Excellent application process, Kevin was very helpful and very prompt with all communication. It was a unique experience having the same person do the Flat viewing, application process and check-in day. This was a very helpful and beneficial approach which made the process very simple.
