Our Rent Collection service ensures that Tenants pay rent directly to us, which we hold in a secure Client Monies Account. This account is ring-fenced and protected by the Bank and Client Money Protection Insurance.
We’ll then transfer the rent (minus our fee) to your designated bank account and handle any delays or non-payment from the Tenant. You’ll also have access to our online portal for easy rental statements and ledger downloads.
