This is a monthly fee-based service which is deducted from your rental income.

Our Full Management service includes:

  • Helping you to ensure the property is safe in terms of fire prevention & detection and Legionella risk assessments
  • Providing HMO advice (this is where you gain a license to allow you to rent your property to more than 2 unrelated people)
  • Detailed inventory of a property’s contents, which details the condition, cleanliness and contents so we can ensure the property is returned to the same move-in condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) when the Tenants leave
  • Regular and thorough property inspections with clear follow-up actions and advice
  • Collection and remitting of monthly rental payments
  • Provision of monthly statements
  • Access to our online Client Portal where you can see everything about your property in one place
  • Setting up all lease and Tenant documentation
