I have used Chapmans for a few years now to manage my property. After managing it myself for many years, as an accidental landlord, I was reluctant to hand over control. I took great pride in the relationships I built with tenants and I wanted them to have quality care which I wasn’t sure an agent could provide.
Laura, the owner, put us at ease and assured us she was committed to providing the best service for landlords and tenants. I have never been disappointed and with tenants staying a number of years, I believe they are also happy. We have recently had Olivia take over managing our property and the change over of tenants. We have had lots to manage with wear and tear, storm damage and upgrading the property, all of which Olivia has managed to a high standard.
I imagine it is not easy to manage the needs of tenants and landlords, however, Chapmans appear to handle it perfectly.
My only regret is not switching over years ago!

Whilst I prefer to be a stand-off landlord and let Laura and her team look after the properties, we have had a couple of issues over the last 12 months or so that required both immediate and long term care.

Chapmans have always been excellent in our 18 months with them but Hunter and the rest of the team have excelled themselves recently in finding new tenants quickly and at a difficult time of year, turning the property around in an exceptionally quick time and getting great feedback from our old tenants.
