Moved to Chapmans a few years ago after getting extremely frustrated with the service received from a large property letting and management company in Edinburgh. I really like working with the team at Chapmans, I get regular updates and statements and always feel I’m kept in the loop on what’s going on with my property. Any time they do need to complete work they present a few options, will give a recommendation on what route they think I should take, and I always trust their recommendations. I feel like my property is in good hands!

The property was inspected, I received a comprehensive, detailed report, issues were actioned and the flat relet in record time. She designed and managed the renovations and even came in under budget with an incredible result.
