Madeliene (AKA Maddie) joined Chapmans in 2026 as a Trainee Property Manager after completing a BA in English at Edinburgh Napier University.
She brings a calm and confident approach to our busy environment and already has several years of customer-facing experience under her belt. A personal achievement so far has been as Founder and President of a university sports club, leading it to win Best New Club of the Year.
Her interest in property began closer to home when a ceiling collapsed in the communal stairwell of her tenement building. Finding herself involved in coordinating repairs, obtaining quotes, liaising with contractors and working with fellow owners gave her first-hand experience of the realities of property management, and sparked a genuine interest in the industry.
At Chapmans, Maddie supports the property management team across a range of day-to-day operations, helping coordinate communication between our landlords and tenants while learning all aspects of residential property management. She particularly enjoys the relationship-led side of the role and being part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
